A Creative Music Production project: YOGA and MUSIC Retreat (YOGA YOGA YOGA) Looking to experience life in a small village outside of Acapulco.  I run a Yoga/MUSIC (Greg Waters Academy) School using the hotel of 20 rooms that is 150 feet from my gate.  We practice detoxification of the body and rebuilding the body through breathing and exercising.  The musicians learn the meaning of music through personal cultural improvement.  Using the book YOGA YOGA YOGA as our guide. Sample Retreat Schedule, Music Schedule would be different depending on the kind of group it would be, classical, jazz, pop, duo's etc.

It is two hundred yards from the ocean and two hundred yards from the Tres Palos Lagoon.  You can enjoy all the water sports you want from speed boats, to canoes, fishing in the lagoon, golf course, eating at one of the 15  or more restaurants in the village.

When not in use I rent it out to families. 

The food is always fresh.

You can enjoy the night life of Acapulco.  It is a 20 minute drive by car and 45 minutes by bus.  The buses run from 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m.  After those hours you must take a taxi home.  Send Your Questions Here

 You do not have to attend class everyday due to your personal needs. Doing Yoga everyday may not be good for your body. Do the class when you are up to it. But it is very important to meditate everyday, this you can do. Cleaning of the internal parts of your body are most important, stomach, skin, feet, hands, ears, eyes, etc. Practice some breathing on your own if the class is too long. Doing Yoga is not a group effort. Doing it my yourself is the natural way. Doing it in groups may help, but it maybe a problem too. Because the group maybe more important than your search for your soul. (Attachment)

1. 5 A.M. Hatha Yoga Class 45 minutes, 15 minutes rest

2. 6 A.M. Breathing and Meditation Class 45 minutes

3. 7 to 8 A.M. Bath and Clean Up, Individual Grooming, Special Needs and individual work.

OR Ocean Bath 7 to 8 A.M.and or Mediation and Fishing by the Sea.

4.  Cooking, prepare meals and menu for the day 8 A.M  to 10 A.M..

Plan individual menus.  Learn to be your own cook.  This is very difficult and should take up a lot of time to do correctly.  Food discipline is a major problem in our culture. Controlling our eating by correct cooking and planning of meals. Creating Individual Menus will be the goal of this work shop. Bring your books and suggestions.  Using local fresh food.

5. Group Discussions 11 A.M. to 12 A.M

5A. Free Time

6. 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. Study, Read, Write, Draw, Time for Personal Reflection, Cleaning the Skin, Mouth, Stomach, Hair, Ears, etc., following the recommendations from Yoga Yoga Yoga.

Go back to our rooms for private cleaning and meditation.

7. If needed Private Conversation with Greg Waters, 15 minutes each 3 p.m.  to 5 p.m., by appointment.

7.A. Or rest in room, go swimming, fishing, bird watching, nature walks, reading, writing, planning, cleaning, taking care of yourself.  This is the hot time of day so simple activity is recommended.

7. B. Also if you are new to hot weather it is a good idea to take three or four showers a day.

7. C. We are so busy with earning a living and taking care of others we have no time to take care of ourselves.  This is the time for just doing that. Yoga Yoga Yoga is a book that teaches us how to take care of ourselves and put ourselves first for once without hurting others.  We cannot put a 12 month course in two weeks but we can make a lot of progress if we prepare for it.

7. D. Take this time to create an individual work plan from the many different programs in Yoga Yoga Yoga.  Thinking about taking care of yourselves and planning how to do this is the major objective of this retreat.

8. (5 P.M to 7 P.M). Eating and Group Discussions, Round Table Event.

9. (8 to 9 P.M.) Meditation at the Beach, Become one with the Falling Sun going down over the Ocean.

9. 9 P.M. Bed Time and Free Time.

This could work with a religious group, musical group, business group, or any kind of group of people who wanted to work on body and mental health.  Ideal age for yoga is 20 to 40.  Other ages take it really slow unless of exceptional ability.
